Our market is huge: 120 million people are photographed in preschool and school photography in Europe and the US every year. However, the current method for selling photos is analog and inefficient: paper order forms are handed out, and photos are printed before they have been sold.
fotograf.de/GotPhoto provides photographers a SaaS system for selling photos online.
As the market leader in Europe, we achieved profitability in 2015. We’re backed by top investors, including Saarbruecker21, Dr. Florian Heinemann and Christian Vollmann.

Here a short overview of our recruitment process:

1. Skype Video/Phone call with HR Manager:

During this interview round, we will talk about your expectations with regards to the new team, role and company. In exchange,  you will learn about our business model and team culture.

 2. Onsite Interview with your future Team leader:

Throughout this interview round, we will give you deep insights of the role you applied for and show you the potential growth you can have with us!

3. Trial Day:

At the end, team fit is what counts: you are working on a typical task for your role within the realistic environment of your future team. During lunch, we invite you to join the rest of the team. At the end of the day, we do an honest feedback round: Are we the right match for each other?
